Louhisaari Manor

The beating wings of history and unique palatial architecture from the 17th century

The present main building of Louhisaari Manor was completed in the 1650s, and it represents palatial architecture rare in Finland. The manor lets you explore the interiors of the 17th–19th centuries and experience the lives of the noble owner families, the Flemings and the Mannerheims.

At Louhisaari Manor, there is also a garden created in the spirit of the Finnish botanist Pehr Kalm and the 18th century, an orchard and an extensive English-style park with gazebos and playhouses.

You can also find an idyllic museum shop in Louhisaari, which boasts a selection of souvenirs. The manor area also has a café.
