Tammiston B&B is the childhood home of the current entrepreneur, a former farm that has been transformed over the years into an experiential oasis of accommodation and dining in the heart of the local residential area. Surrounded by an apple orchard that is almost a century old, the manor-style building has been lovingly restored with respect for the old.
The history of the farm is reflected in the stories and products. Breakfast is served with the farm’s own produce, including apple orchard juice and rolls baked with the same recipe for over 30 years. In the summer, gentle summer sheep graze in Tammisto’s yard and can be scratched.
Tammisto B&B is not accessible.
Tammisto offers also cottages and townhouses. You can also come to Tammisto Matkaparkki to stay overnight in a camper van. Tammisto Kuulas restaurant is located in the main building and a lovely country breakfast can be enjoyed in the beautiful manor hall for an extra charge. There is even an island in the repertoire, which you can rent for your own use! All accommodations are different, personally decorated and of high quality.
Accommodation is open from 1 May to 30 August during the summer season.
Tammisto Kuulas’ magnificent 50-seat terrace invites you to enjoy the day in a lovely apple orchard. The heart of the terrace restaurant is the charcoal grill, where casual but high-quality food is prepared from local ingredients. In case of rain, Tammisto’s atmospheric interior is served in the halls of the 100-year-old manor house.
