Moominworld and the nearest beach are about 1 km away and services are close by: a K-market and a pharmacy on the other side of the street, a market around the corner, restaurants, hairdressers, beauty salons on the same street and an S-Market and Alko within walking distance.

A modern 44 m2 one-bedroom apartment on the 4th floor, the building has a lift. Bedroom, living room, open-plan kitchen, bathroom with shower, washing machine/dryer and glazed balcony (sun protection curtains), view to Kuparivuori and Luostarinkatu.
