Arriving by Föli bus

Naantali is just 16 km from Turku, with frequent bus connections. Travel time is approximately 30–50 minutes depending on traffic.

Föli lines 6 and 6A operate between Turku and Naantali. In Turku, the departure stop is at Kauppatori Market Square. In Naantali, the main stop is at the end of Aurinkotie, within walking distance of the Old Town and Moominworld. In summer, some services also stop in Old Town at Kirkkopuisto.

Parking

On the city’s paid parking areas, payment is required daily from 9.00 to 18.00.

Parking fees: €2.40/hour for the first and second hour; from the third hour onwards €3.60/hour.

You can pay in cash, by card or via mobile payment. EasyPark and Parkman apps are available in Naantali. Naantali Old Town is a pedestrian-priority zone with no general parking.

In summer, parking enforcement is increased. The parking fine in Naantali is €40.

Moominworld operates its own parking area with shuttle bus service to the Moominworld gate and back.

Arriving via cruise ferry or own boat

From Kapellskär in Sweden and Långnäs in Åland, you can travel directly to the port of Naantali with Finnlines.

You can reach Turku passenger port from Sweden with Viking Line and Tallink Silja. Local transport Föli bus line 1 takes you from the port to Turku city center, where lines 6 and 6A continue to Naantali.

During the summer season, two ships cruise to the Old Town. M/S Princess Caroline operates from Turku to Naantali (via Luonnonmaa) and from Naantali to Turku (via the Ukko-Pekka Bridge) from Tuesday to Saturday.
